When it comes to macarons, we all know how creative one can get with the cookies. Whether its the color, shape or flavor, you can get really creative and experiment with new ideas and techniques.
BUT, you can also get pretty creative with packaging macarons as well! I always believe that details matters, even the small ones, therefore a cute packaging for your macaron cookies will definitely seal the deal – especially if you’re giving them away as a favors or gifts (check out one of my previous blog DIY: Macaron for Weddings for similar ideas).
- Lollipop Packaging – Follow this easy template to make lollipop covers for your individual macarons. Thanks to A Little London Wedding Blog
- Cellophane Wrap – This inexpensive idea is easy to make! One roll cellophane (clear wrapping paper) cost less than $5, and maybe a roll of nice ribbon for a few more dollars. If you want to get fancy, I suggest making stickers of your initials or whatever symbol/picture that you like.
- Mason Jars/ Jam Jars: This idea is simple, find some cute jars and tie a ribbon around it. If you plan on making large quantities of this, it is a little bit pricer since each jar is at least a dollar. I suggest buying the jars in bulk or if they are on sale.
